Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Bhakti Marg App operated by MJ Tech Global (we, our, or us).
Bhakti Marg App provides spiritual learning content including devotional audio, video, religious teachings, and educational materials. By making a purchase through the app, you agree to this policy.
1. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your original payment platform.
- Cancellation stops auto-renewal for future billing cycles.
- You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the current billing cycle.
- We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused subscription time after cancellation.
How to Cancel (Google Play):
- Open Google Play Store on your Android device.
- Tap your profile icon and go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Select Bhakti Marg App subscription.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the confirmation steps.
If you paid via UPI AutoPay:
- Open your UPI app (for example: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM).
- Go to the AutoPay, Mandates, or Subscriptions section.
- Find the active mandate linked to your Bhakti Marg App / Google Play transaction.
- Disable, revoke, or cancel the UPI AutoPay mandate from your UPI app.
- Please also verify in Google Play Subscriptions that the subscription shows as cancelled.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital devotional and spiritual learning content, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
Refund requests may be considered in limited cases such as:
- Accidental purchase
- Duplicate charge
- Technical payment error
- Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction
Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction date.
3. When Refunds May Not Be Granted
- Requests made after 7 days of transaction date.
- If significant usage of premium content has already occurred.
- Issues related to user device compatibility, internet connectivity, or user-side technical limitations.
- Purchases made knowingly with clear service details.
4. Google Play Billing and Processing
All Android app purchases and subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing.
Refund eligibility and approval may also depend on Google Play policies and billing rules.
Bhakti Marg App does not store or access card details, bank account details, or UPI credentials.
For UPI-based recurring payments, mandate cancellation is managed in the respective UPI app and may take effect as per your bank or UPI provider timelines.
5. Subscription Billing
- Some services are available as recurring subscriptions.
- Subscriptions may auto-renew based on selected billing cycle.
- Cancellation prevents future renewals and does not affect the current paid period.
6. Need Help
For refund or billing support, contact us with Transaction ID, purchase date, and issue details.
